As a kid, I spent lots of time with my grandma getting my hands dirty in her glorious garden. I saw with my own eyes how our food scraps became new soil in just a few months, and how that soil would grow the next round of delicious tomatoes, squash, beans, peppers, strawberries and total abundance that was the gardens of my family. Ever since, I’ve wanted to share this magic — the perfect ancient alchemy of compost — with everyone.
